ALL Cancellations are required finalisation 1-3 days before their renewal date. Failure to do so will result in your subscription re-activating and renewing. If we feel you aren’t who you are then we may request a form of ID to cancel your service. (This applies on our Automated Service Subscriptions only). When you cancel your services with us your data will be stored in a backend database until refresh which takes place every 1-3 years.


When you sign up for our services you automatically agree to automatic renewal of your service until stopped.

Right to take payment

We reserve the right to make charges to your card if a payment is overdue, your subscription has expired or you refuse to make a payment during our 31-day cancellation period.

Refund Policy

All payments on this website feature an unconditional 7 day refund period from the date of payment, subject to information being provided on the reason for the requested refund.

Refunds beyond this 7 day period are at our sole discretion.

Legal Action

By subscribing, paying an invoice or becoming a member of SidneyG FX you waive any rights to take legal action against SidneyG FX, Associates or Members of staff. Furthermore, you loose the right to attain a Lawyer or Attorney during any Legal Action against SidneyG FX, Staff Members, Clients and other Associates.

Forwarding Signals

If sufficient evidence is provided that you are re-selling or forwarding our signals, you will be charged one of the following. 1) £14.99 per person you are re-distributing our confidential information to. 2) £499.99 as a one time fee. 3) Payment for the next 6 months of your subscription.


If an unauthorised payment is made on your debit/credit card, please contact our management team here. the related user to the payment will be instantly barred from using our service and legal action will be taken. If you have used our service fully and decide to open a chargeback with your financial institution, your debit/credit card will be charged the full amount as well as a 20% collections fee.
